50 Cent and T.I. had a brief war of words last month on Twitter; following 50 Cent's assertion that Tip's wife, Tiny, should have taken the rap for the 2010 drug possession charges that landed T.I. back in jail for a year. Although T.I. balked at 50's commentary, 50 Cent says that the two have put their differences behind them now. In a recent interview, 50 shared that some acquaintances and a phone call helped end the 'beef' before it ever really boiled over. “We got mutual friends and I was actually in conversation with one of them, and they were around him,” 50 explained. “I didn’t tell him to get [T.I.] on the phone and [T.I.] didn’t tell him to get me on the phone, it was just there and it was like, 'Yo, you just need to talk to him because you don't know where [his anger] is coming from. We [got] into it and he had a lot of legitimate points.” |
