She?s got a bone to pick with Mark Cherry, and Nicolette Sheridan was spotted arriving at Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles today (March 8).
The beautiful blonde actress looked like she meant business as she briskly walked past the paparazzi and headed inside.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Nicollette is suing Cherry for battery and wrongful termination, claiming he wrote her off the show after she complained about him hitting her in the head during a ?Desperate Housewives? rehearsal.
However, Mark says Nicollette couldn?t get her act together and he finally decided it was time for her to go. ?I observed some egregious examples of unprofessionalism- [she was] often late [and made] insulting comments about her dialogue.?
