| Rapper's Miami Properties Up For Sale
Young Money star Drake is selling two luxury beach condos in Miami. The rapper featured his homes in the music video for "I'm the One," but put the properties on the market last week. The condos are next to Maimi's luxurious Marquis high-rise. According to TMZ, Drake has only owned the condos for a year, but he could make over $500,000 in profits from their sale. Nonetheless, it is expected that Drizzy will have to take a loss on the pricy properties. He purchased them for a combined price of $1.9 million in January of 2011. It is unclear exactly why Drake has decided to unload the condos at this particular moment--and after such a short period of ownership. |
