| Former Bad Boy Star Incarcerated In Europe Since November
Former Bad Boy Records rapper Loon has been ordered to remain behind bars in Brussels, Germany. The New York native was arrested in November trying to enter Belgium following an indictment in May for heroin distribution in North Carolina. Loon was formerly signed to Diddy's Bad Boy label and released a few independent albums before his career quieted in 2007. He has since converted to Islam and changed his name to Amir Junaid Muhadith. Loon's lawyer, Isa Gultaslar, said that a grand jury has decided that he will stay in prison. Gultaslar will attempt to appeal the decision in Supreme Court. The U.S. hasn't sent documents for his extradition. |
