Taylor Lautner and His Two "Snow White" Women
He's been hard at work promoting his latest project, the mystery/drama "Abduction," but Taylor Lautner still found the time to rave about his pal Kristen Stewart and her new role as Snow White.
While chatting with E! News, the 19-year-old heartthrob couldn't help but gush about his "Twilight" co-star, in which he said Kristen is "going to be cool and edgy and dark" while adding that he thinks her lead in "Snow White and the Huntsmen" is "really exciting."
Not to be left out, Taylor also commented on his "Abduction" cast member, Lily Collins, who stars in yet another rendition of "Snow White."
?I can root for both of them. They?re so different? Lily?s also going to be great, but in a completely different feel," Lautner explained.

Chris Brown thought his $22,000 diamond encrusted Rolex was LOST FOREVER when he accidentally tossed it into the crowd at the MTV VMAs ... but lucky for him, he thought wrong.
TMZ has learned ... Brown's watch -- a gold Rolex with a white oyster face and diamond-encrusted bezel -- came loose at the beginning of his performance ... so he took it off and tried to toss it to a safe place ... all while dancing his face off.
But Brown missed his target and the watch ended up in the crowd.
After the performance, Brown's bodyguard went into the audience and asked if anyone had found the watch -- not really expecting anyone to come forward ... but to his surprise, the watch was in the possession of an HONEST person, who returned it to its rightful owner.
A rep for Brown tells TMZ, "Although Chris did not get to meet the fan, he is very appreciative of the fan's actions."

Producer No I.D. has been named an executive VP of Def Jam Recordings. The Chicago native made the announcement at ASCAP's Rhythm and Soul pre-VMAs Bowling Mixer. "I'm (now) executive VP of Def Jam," he said. "I'm going to keep on doing what I'm doing and take it to another level." "Def Jam is a cultural staple," he continued. "It's not just a label, it's part of the culture that I came up in and that I've been involved with for 20 years. It's very important that the next generation of executives grab it by the horns and keep it on track as it grows." Showing that they?re still going strong, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were spotted looking cozy on the red carpet at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards tonight (August 28).
The ?Ramona & Beezus? babe was playing host for the pre-show festivities when her bigger-than-life-boyfriend showed up for an interview.
Bieber planted a sweet smooch on his ladyfriend and introduced his slithery reptilian pet to the world.
Justin shared, ?I have my snake.? Selena asked, ?What?s your snake?s name?? to which he replied, ?My snake?s name is Johnson.?
When asked if he was pumped about his Best Male Video nod, Bieber gushed, "You know, I'm just excited to be in the category with such amazing people. I'm just happy to be here."

DMX Arrested Again In Arizona
| Rapper Was Speeding On A Suspended License
Rapper DMX was arrested last night in Arizona. The recently-released X was taken into custody for driving 102 mph in a 65 mph zone. DMX also was arrested for driving on a suspended license. This is the latest in an endless string of minor and major scrapes with the law. According to TMZ, he has been released on bond. The rapper/actor served eight months of his previous twelve month sentence for violating his parole. He has been arrested in Arizona at least seven times. |

Drake won his first Songwriter of the Year Award at the BMI Urban Awards held last night at the Pantages Theater in Hollywood, California. "I would always ask her what this meant, she’d always make me look it up. Xtina's Lawyer Attacks Website -- She's NO Child Abuser!

Christina Aguilera is furious over an Internet report implying that she beat her son Max and gave him a black eye ... and now TMZ has learned she's threatening to sue.
Aguilera's attorney, Eric Greenspan, fired off a letter to MediaTakeOut.com ... after the site published a story under the headline, "CHILD ABUSE???? CHRISTINA AGUILERA'S SON IS PHOTO'D WITH A BLACK EYE!!!"
Greenspan writes, "Christina is a wonderful mother and was not present in the park when Max fell and hurt himself."
He adds, "To imply that she had something to do with this incident, without any investigation on your part whatsoever, is reckless and unconscionable."
After threatening to pursue legal action against the site, Greenspan concludes, "HAVE YOU NO SHAME!!!!"
MTO has since removed the child abuse reference from the headline.

Topping off his highly-anticipated performance at the VMAs, Lil Wayne has announced that the release of his new album, "Tha Carter IV," is set for midnight on August 29.
Elated about the timing, the "How to Love" rapper told press, "I am extremely excited to be the first artist to utilize such an amazing idea. I hope that I can open the door for others."

Jay-Z & Beyonce Music's Top Couple
| Couple Earned $72 Million In the Past Year
Rapper Jay-Z and pop/R&B superstar Beyonce have been named music's highest-paid couple by Forbes. They are the second overall highest-paid celebrity couple, behind NFL superstar Tom Brady and supermodel Gisele Bundchen. According to Forbes, Jay and Bey made close to $72 million over the past year. Beyonce earned $35 million from business deals like her Dereon clothing line and endorsements for L’Oreal, General Mills and others. Jay-Z's $37 million came from his 10-year $150 million deal with Live Nation and investments in the New Jersey Nets, 40/40 Club franchise and ad agency Translation. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie (No. 3, $50 million), David and Victoria Beckham (No. 4, $45 million) and Twilight’s Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart (No. 5, $40 million) rounded out the top five. |

J. Cole Announces Tour
| Rapper Touring North America, Europe
J. Cole is planning to tour across the U.S., Canada and Europe in support of his upcoming debut album, Cole World: The Sideline Story. The album drops September 27th and the tour begins August 23rd in Vancouver and ends in Paris in December. This will be Cole's first headlining tour after being a featured artist on tours with stars like Rihanna and Drake. The tour will make stops in Toronto (Sept. 3rd), Los Angeles (Sept. 22), Atlanta (Oct. 2), Chicago (Oct. 9), New York (Oct. 25), London (Nov. 4) and several other major venues. |

Rihanna's Night Out at Nozomi
After attending a House of Fraser meet and greet to launch her Reb'l Fleur perfume, Rihanna took to the town for a bite to eat in London, England on Friday night (August 19).
Clad in a white t-shirt and jeans with a bright yellow jacket, the Barbadian beauty headed to Beauchamp Place's restaurant Nozomi to nosh on sushi until she left at 12:30AM.
Set to remain in the UK over the weekend, Rihanna is among the many performers slated to perform at the annual Virgin Media sponsored V Festival.
The "Cheers (Drink to That)" singer will be performing at the Weston Park stage in South Staffordshire on Saturday (August 20) and the Hylands Park stage in Chelmsford on Sunday (August 21).
